Site Details
There are two reserves at Holme, the NOA reserve and the NWT reserve, both of which enable the observer the opportunity to view visible migration in spring and autumn. There are several hides at Holme NOA including one overlooking Redwell Marsh TF700437. There is also a ringing station on the reserve.

Directions
Access off the A149 northwards into Holme. Drive to the end of the road passing through the NWT reserve to park in the car park with a shrike logo at TF715449. Access through the dunes is available at all times by heading west from the car park at Thornham TF727442 (or east from Holme).Access
A permit is required for the reserve and can be purchased from the NOA reception centre. If you are only visiting the NOA reserve there is no need for a NWT permit.Parking

Open to members all day, the NOA reserve and access is open from 10.00am-5.00pm. When a rarity turns up access arrangements are made and information supplied to the information services.Did you know that you can submit photographs to be included in this sites image gallery?
