Key Areas / Routes

Walk west through the large gateway 'Private road - public footpath only' towards the lake. View Livermere Lake from the bridge or path that skirts the southeast edge of this part of the lake. Viewing Ampton Water, the southern section of the lake, is more difficult (and less rewarding) but can be achieved by following the footpath west for 800m from the bridge, then turning south onto a second footpath, which leads to a second bridge.
