Site Details
Quiet site (except on some weekends) of mixed deciduous woodland, one large lake, two smaller ponds, open grassland and scrub and some heathland (gorse, silver birch etc.). The site is approximately half a mile square, rising up from just north of the line of the Uxbridge Road to the south. Forms part of a wider rural and semi-rural area bounded to the north by the Grim's Dyke that includes Belmont Golf Course, Stanmore Country Park and Common, Harrow Weald Common and the farmland south of Old Redding.
