Site Details

Kilnsea Wetlands YWT is a recently (summer 2012) created site lying just north of Kilnsea village. This site was created to mitigate for the loss of nearby Beacon Lagoons due to sealevel rise. The site was built by the Environment Agency and has been given to Yorkshire Wildlife Trust to manage.

A car park lies along the Easington to Kilnsea road 1/3 mile before reaching Kilnsea, just after the bend known as Long Bank.
