Site Details

Between the villages of Harrold and Odell alongside the River Ouse. One large flooded gravel pit with a large wooded island plus a smaller one adjacent.Surrounded by open grazed and arable farmland, the site also contains both deciduous and coniferous woodland.There is also an area of carefully managed reedswamp within the deciduous wood. The park is managed by Bedfordshire County Council.
