Note: Yellow legs rather than black with yellow feet, a thicker and shorter neck, and a beak that is a little shorter and thicker looking indicate that this is a Juvenile Cattle Egret and not a Little Egret. This is an example on never to assume such birds to be always near cattle, as there is no law that requires certain birds to always be in specific habitats.
