Site Details
In strong northwesterly winds, Brandon Point can be one of the most spectacular places for seawatching on the west Irish coastline, often producing exceptional numbers of common and scarcer species alike. The best vantage point is just down from the car park, although beware that the cliffs are extremely high and thus it can be a hazardous location, particularly if wet underfoot.
