Directions

The village of High Newton is clearly signposted to the east of the junction of the B1339 and B1340 just north of Embleton. In High Newton the road splits: the northerly branch leads to Link House and the main branch to Low Newton.

Parking

There is a public car park 300 metres before the village of Low Newton. No public parking is allowed beyond this point. £1.20 all day. Charges are normally relaxed from Oct to April.

Facilities

There are public telephones at both High and Low Newton and there is a pub in The Square at Low Newton
