Site Details

Former landfill area that has been managed by the Mersey Forest. The area consists of a small newly planted wooded area and rough arable land. Walking maps for the area can be viewed on the Mersey Forest website www.merseyforest.org.uk.

Directions

Park by Sefton Church and walk past the Punch Bowl pub. After about 50 yards a track leads off on the right which follows a ditch, which leads on to the Sefton Meadows area and the many tracks therein.

By Sefton church.

Facilities

None, but the Punch Bowl serves meals and has toilet facilities.
