Site Details

One of the best seawatching sites in western Ireland, although relatively underwatched. Unlike some of the other famous sites, impressive seawatching is not dependent on a northwesterly wind; due to its aspect, any westerly-based wind can be productive in late summer and autumn.

Directions

From Belmullet, take the signposted minor road west towards Annagh. Continue past Annagh Marsh (to the right of the road), and continue along the road to car park at the end (F630345).
