Site Details
Large pond within the Nuffield Industrial Estate on former quarry. Also grassland area. Good numbers of wildfowl in winter and a Bittern has been seen some years. Owned by Poole Borough Council.

From the A349 Waterloo Road between Darby's Corner and Fleetsbridge roundabout, turn left if coming from Wimborne (right if coming from Poole) into Hatch Pond Road at the traffic lights by the Lidl supermarket. Hatch Pond is on the left.Access
