Site Details

Where the River Great Ouse becomes Tidal and is joined by the Hundred Foot Drain at the end of the Ouse Washes. Also there is a sluice from the Non-tidal Ouse to the Relief Channel, a 100m wide drain that runs from Denver to Kings Lynn fringed by reeds for most of its length and is joined by the Cut-off Channel just below Denver Sluice. The whole complex is surrounded by the Fens
