Site Details
Public footpaths allow good views of diverse habitats: lakes, grassland and wooded areas (pine and deciduous). The area as a whole has much to see for the birdwatcher, butterfly or moth enthusiast, fauna and flora lover. The site is owned by Essex and Suffolk Water.

Directions
The best starting point is at the public footpath on Hall Road. To get to Hall Road you will need to walk cycle or drive. From Great Yarmouth drive towards Lowestoft on the A12, go past the James Paget Hospital and turn right at the roundabout. When you reach the next roundabout turn left; follow this road for 1.5 miles past some houses until you reach a left bend. Turn right onto Hall Road. The footpath is about three quarters of a mile down this road on the left where you will see the layby.Access
Access is over stiles and dogs are not allowed in the lakes as they are for public drinking water.Parking
There are two main access points with laybys to park.Facilities
