Site Details
Typical East Anglian sea port and holiday destination. The parks to the north of the town and the Denes and sea wall are the most productive, especially in autumn and winter.

Some sites are unsuitable for wheelchairs. The sea wall is very wheelchair friendly.Parking
Some roadside parking is free, otherwise Pay and Display is in operation.Opening Times
All year.Facilities
Many cafés and toilet facilities exist but are mainly open in the summer.Key Areas / Routes
Lake Lothing, Hamilton Dock, Ness Point, North Denes, The Net Posts. Belle Vue Park, Sparrows Nest Park and Warren House Wood. Try Oulton Broad two miles to the west.The best route is Belle Vue park then into Flycatcher Lane to the west of the Denes Oval, onto North Denes then east onto the sea wall to Ness Point. Carry on to Hamilton Dock. Then return to Ness Point, turn west past the factory to the net posts, across the road to Arnold's Walk (TM552944) and back up to Belle Vue Park. Allow three hours to search this area.
