Site Details

A medium-sized estuary with surrounding farmland and woodland. Also a Wetland Bird Reserve (Walmsley Sanctuary) is situated just off the estuary but a permit is needed.

Access

Best viewed from the Camel trail, from Wadebridge, Padstow or Rock.

Parking

Use the car parks at Wadebridge or Padstow and walk along the Camel Trail.

Opening Times

Any reasonable time.

Facilities

A hide is situated 1.5 miles from Wadebridge along the Camel Trail. All facilities are available in both Wadebridge and Padstow.

Dinham Marshes/Mudflats, Amble Marshes/Walmsley Sanctuary, Pinkson Creek, Little Petherick Creek, Padstow Mudflats, Porthilly/Rock High Water Roosts, Trebetherick Point.
