Site Details

The reserve consists of 273 hectares of reedbeds, marshes, wet grassland and small pools/lakes. It is located at the northeast corner of the larger Malltraeth Marsh Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), which is particularly important for the ditch fauna and flora, and the range of breeding wetland birds.

A number of public footpaths dissect the marshes, allowing for exploration. A small car park (room for c.15 cars) can be found at SH463725&ar=y.
