Directions
Westhill is the area immediately to the south east of Inverness. its main artery is the B9006 from Inverness to Croy and Cawdor and eventually Nairn. The Westhill birding area comprises of the first three miles of the B9006 after which the bordering Culloden birding area is entered.Westhill comprises of the townships of Inshes, Castlehill, Cradlehall, Towerhill, Burnbrae, Trentham and Nairnside.
Access
Plentiful roads, no problems.Facilities
There is a bakers and a grocery at Cradlehall and another grocery near Burnbrae.The only WC facilities and restaurant facilities are at Simpson's Garden Centre on the B9006 about one mile from the outskirts of Inverness. WC facilities for patrons only, of course.
