Site Details

These large lakes are the result of sand and gravel extraction and are now used as filtration lakes for the River Tame. The site is situated in the Tame valley not far from Junction 9 of the M42 just to the south of Kingsbury Water Park. The lakes cover both sides of the B4098 with Lea Marston to the southwest and Coton to the northeast.

Directions

Leave the M42 at Junction 9, take the B4097 to Kingsbury, turn right at the first roundabout on B4098 and the site is about 0.5 miles along this road.

Parking

Leave M42 at junction 9, take A4097 towards Kingsbury, turn right at the first roundabout and after 0.5 miles there is a car park on the right.
