Scottish gamekeeper charged for illegal trapping of a raptor

A Scottish gamekeeper has been charged with illegally setting a trap which took a wild raptor.

Gamekeeper Terry Lindsay appeared at Banff Sheriff Court on 10 January (Anne Burgess via Geograph).

Raptor Persecution UK reported that Terry Lindsay was seen in court this month. The trap was set in August 2020 and the species involved has not been specified.

Mr Lindsay's case was adjourned at Banff Sheriff Scourt on 10 January and will be heard at a later date.
