Full time, fixed-term contract (2 years) 
£23,328 rising to £24,624 after 1 year + 11% employer pension contribution

The British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) is seeking a great people-person and very capable birder with experience of helping others to improve their birdwatching skills. Inspiring birdwatchers to connect with BTO, support our impactful work and take part in our surveys is at the heart of what we do. The successful candidate will join a team based at BTO headquarters in Thetford who develop and deliver a range of engaging educational activities, both in person and online. This will be on a fixed-term contract, for two years, although we hope to extend or make this post permanent should the demand continue.

This position is based at BTO's HQ in Thetford, Norfolk, although you will be able to work from home part of the time on a hybrid working regime.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
£23,328 rising to £24,624 after 1 year
Annual leave entitlement on starting is 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata if part time).
