One of a pair of Mediterranean gulls that turned back up today for their 8th consecutive year. We have only ever been able to get a partial ring number from this bird as the ring is so small, and the gulls are quite shy. We've managed E97920 from numerous scoped angles and photographs. We have been told Its from a Belgian ringing scheme, however they haven't reached E97 yet so the 7 is wrong apparently.
