Strikingly different from the Chaffinches it was flying and feeding with we thought at first this bird was an escaped mule canary. Once we got to grips with it at close quarters it became apparent that it was a lovely leucistic hen Chaffinch. Luckily it stayed around the garden long enough for me to get some nice snaps. (Nikon D50 + 80-400VR lens).
