Software upgrades

If you are a registered owner of a BirdGuides CD-ROM or DVD-ROM you can upgrade to the latest version of that title or the equivalent DVD-ROM at special 'upgrade prices'.

To claim discounted upgrade prices, you will need to have registered your purchase at www.birdguides.com/registerproduct (or via the Online Registration system on the disk).

Upgrade to BWPi Version 2.0

BWPi 2.0 is a new version of our flagship product that combines the original BWPi (version 1.0) and the fixes, enhancements, updates and additional material contained in the BWPi 2006 supplement.

If you have BWPi and BWPi 2006, you already have the full functionality and content of BWPi 2.0. However, if you would like to upgrade, so that you have the convenience of having the whole product on one disk, we can send you a copy of BWPi 2.0 for an administrative charge of £10 (including p&p) [Code: DRBWPUP10].
If you have BWPi but not BWPi 2006, you can upgrade to BWPi 2.0 for £60 post-free [Code: DRBWPUP60].

These upgrades are not available online – please call 0800 919391 (international: +44 (0)1536 273532) to place your order. For both the above upgrades we require you to quote your serial number and return the original disk(s) (though you do not need to return the outer packaging).

NB: Please note your BWPi serial number before returning your disk(s), as you will need it if you ever have to reinstall BWPi 2.0.

If you have any version of the CD/DVD-ROM Guide to All the Birds of Europe, you can upgrade to BWPi 2.0 for £99 (post-free) [Code: DRBWPUP99].

Upgrade to Version 9 DVD-ROM Guide to British Birds

Version 9 of our DVD-ROM Guide to British Birds provides even more and better video footage than ever before and includes improvements to the sounds, text and commentaries. Registered owners of previous versions of either the CD-ROM Guide to British Birds or the DVD-ROM Guide to British Birds will be able to get this latest version at a special discount price.

If you are the registered owner of an earlier version of either the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM Guide to British Birds, you can get Version 9 for only £24.95 (a saving of £15) [Code: DRB9UP].
