QuickTime for Windows

If you have version 1, 2 or 3 of either the CD-ROM Guide to British Birds or the CD-ROM Guide to All the Birds of Europe and your computer has a different version of QuickTime to the one included on the product disk, you will get this error. (Click here if you're not sure what version you have.)

You will need to install the QuickTime for Windows version 2 from the product disk, as these products do not recognise later versions of QuickTime. You can usually keep the later version of QuickTime installed for any other programmes that use it.
