Taken on 30/10/2016
Compound of 2 record shots taken as it landed - showing some of the key ID features associated with Isabelline, namely the back being concolourous with the wing coverts; the 'isolated' black alula; the grey-brown upperwing with distinctly pale-centred primaries; the border between the brown back and white rump falling in line with the tips of the tertials; and the broad black tail band being broader than the black stem of the 'T'. The strong black lores might suggest a male?
