Commonly regarded as a sub-species of Iceland Gull (or a hybrid of an Iceland Gull and Thayer`s Gull) this Kumliens Gull has been frequenting the beach around the mouth of the Adur at Littlehampton since the weekend. I thought I'd better see what all the fuss was about. Now these are the moments I really wish I had a better quality (and longer) lens. Whilst heavily cropped, I quite like this.

Nikon D300s and Sigma 70-300mm F5.6 lens.
