This striking leucistic common gull (or its twin) was first seen by Alan Kennedy in the same locality in April 2011 as an adult bird. In comparison with the "normal" common gulls it was noticeably slimmer in build and stayed on the edges of the groups - or alone. Here alongside a 1W herring gull for comparison.
