The idea for this page is to capture as many British species as we can, however terrible the shot. At the moment we're only mucking about with a bit of hand-held digiscoping so most of these pics are taken without any additional magnification other than the optical zoom on the camera (max 10x). Thus unless the bird is close the resulting images tend to be small and/or blurred.
