The BirdGuides Noticeboard is available for organisations and individuals to promote birdwatching-related services, products, events and so on.

Private individuals and charities may, with BirdGuides approval, advertise on the BirdGuides website without charge. All other advertisers are deemed to be commercial advertisers and are required to purchase advertising credits which can be applied to a new or existing advertisement.

Any organisations deemed by BirdGuides to be commercial in nature who attempt to place a free advertisement will be notified by email and invited to purchase advertising credits.

BirdGuides reserves the right to reject, modify or withdraw advertisements without notice or explanation, though we will generally advise genuine contributors in such an event.

BirdGuides accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies in any submissions.

While we endeavour to ensure advertisers are legitimate and reliable, BirdGuides cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by acting upon any information contained within an advertisement or notice.

Commercial advertisers please note: purchasing 5000 page views means your advertisement will appear on various pages within our website 5000 times, regardless of the response. If your advert appears on one or more of our most popular pages (e.g. the Norfolk county page) this may mean your advert appears for only a week or so. Please note also that a "page view" is counted whenever your advert appears, regardless of whether a visitor clicks on the advert. Typical clickthrough rates are around 1.5%, so you might expect around 75 visits to your website from 5000 views.
